COMPLAINTS CHANNEL

The complaint channel has been created to be able to comply with the precepts of the Code of Ethics and the internal security regulations regarding the treatment of information and the prevention of infractions and crimes, in accordance with Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulator for the protection of people who report on regulatory and anti-corruption violations.  This tool allows anyone to report any incident, or to report those facts or behaviors that, according to their criteria, violate the General Code of Conduct, the Internal Security Regulations or, consider that they are irregular, illegal or criminal.

This channel is managed by a law firm external to the entity, CIPDI, which will process all complaints made through it, thus guaranteeing the confidentiality of the complainant. The channel meets all the requirements required by article 24 of LO 3/2018, Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, it being possible for the complaint to be made anonymously.

    Purpose of treatment: Management of the complaint.

    Conservation period: during the time essential to decide on the origin of the complaint and the investigation into the reported facts

    In any case, after three months from the introduction of the data, they must be deleted from the complaints system, unless the purpose of the conservation is to leave evidence of the functioning of the model for preventing the commission of crimes by the legal entity. Complaints that have not been acted upon can only be recorded in anonymized form, without the blocking obligation provided for in article 32 of the LOPDGDD being applicable.

    Rights: You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, limitation of processing, data portability and revocation by writing to the data controller.
