COMPLAINTS CHANNEL

The Fight Infections Foundation is governed by the General Code of Conduct, formed by the Internal Security Regulations, which regulate the processing of information. The General Code of Conduct sets out the criteria for action that must be observed by all those involved in the development of the professional activity of the Fight Infections Foundation. Its main objective is to promote ethics and responsibility in the exercise of the activity in the entity.

The complaints channel has been created in order to comply with the precepts of the General Code of Conduct on the processing of information and the prevention of offenses and crimes. This tool allows anyone to report any incident, or report those facts or behaviors that, in their opinion, violate the General Code of Conduct, or are considered to be irregular, illegal or criminal.

This channel is managed by a law firm external to the entity, CIPDI, which will process all complaints made through it, thus guaranteeing the confidentiality of the complainant. The channel meets all the requirements required by article 24 of LO 3/2018, on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee, and you may report a complaint anonymously.

    Retention period: during the time necessary to decide on the source of the complaint and the investigation into the facts reported.

    In any case, three months after the introduction of the data, they must be deleted from the reporting system, unless the purpose of the conservation is to leave evidence of the operation of the crime prevention model by the legal person. Complaints that have not been processed can only be recorded anonymously, without the blocking obligation provided for in Article 32 of the LOPDGDD being applicable.

    Rights: You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, limitation of processing, portability of data and revocation by writing to the controller.
